Today we celebrate Palm Sunday: the day when Jesus joins the crowds in coming to Jerusalem for the Passover celebration. As Jesus enters, he is welcomed as a long-awaited Messiah, the fulfillment of a prophecy. People welcome Jesus with praise and shouts for salvation.
